Machining to suit your needs

To “suit” something means to “fit it properly”. Thus, a well-fitted machined item is called a “suit”. “To suit your needs” means to match supplies or services to your needs as neatly as possible.

Your question…the bar capacity on a CNC lathe is determined by spindle bore for through-feed round bar stock and swing over the ways for other work determined by rated swing clearance compensating for the cutting tools

Flexible batch sizes

Since you’re more flexible in your manufacturing princess, you can make changes on the fly. If a new trend comes along, you can tailor your product to it. Additionally, if initial user feedback shows there’s a simple feature missing that would make their lives easier, you can add it in for the next batch.

De burring & Polishing

We offer a competitive service, within our own facility, to perform processes such as de-burring, de-scaling, polishing, burnishing, and the surface improvement of all metals, plastics and ceramic materials.
